  • Mobility Assessment

    1 on 1 appointment with certified Mobility WOD 101 and 102 coach. Lower body and Upper body assessment including:- Joint and soft tissue range of motion- Motor control connection with movement- Specific mobility movement pertaining to the individual's pain and movement issues.
  • Personalized Training Plan

    1 on 1 appointment with certified coach. Personalized race report including:- Warm-ups / Cool downs- Videos and - Strength and conditioning workouts- Form drills- Mobility videos and workouts- Form drills including written workouts and videos-​12 Standards of running
